The products we ordered were back ordered. The people at the store did a great job of keeping me informed of when things were coming in and shipped everything as it came in. In this difficult time, they did an outstanding job.

From the very first moment we entered the store and met with Chris, to delivery of the items we purchased, the entire process was seamless and entirely customer focused. As a retired guy with over forty years of retail experience, I know a solid operation when I see one. Teak and Table is terrific.

The quality is much better then I expected. The teak is beautiful and higher quality then any I have ever seen. Very pleased with the design as well.

I understand the issues with production and shipping, but was very disappointed in the communication from Teak and Table regarding delivery of my items. These are not inexpensive pieces, and my estimated delivery went from August to October, to December. I finally received them about 5 months (20 weeks) after placing my order.
