Customer Service Stinks!
I had so many issues with customer service. They would never return emails unless I followed up multiple times. Had to file a case to get my money back from some clothing that was returned over a month prior.

I’ve been purchasing Tea Collection clothing for several years. I never minded the higher prices as the quality was great & could be passed down, thus making it sustainable. But my last 2 orders have shown significant decline in quality. Materials are now super thin with haphazard stitching & poor color saturation. They’ve gone from boutique quality to box store quality, but still the same high prices. Plus the website is indeed a nightmare. As of 2026 it’s a company to avoid

I was shocked and saddened to have received extremely poor customer service by a supervisor named May. All over a $7 price adjustment. She would not listen to what I has saying and urge the company to better train their employees. Also I recommend taking screen shots if you ever want a price adjustment as they will put the burden of proof on the customer and don't seem to know what prices are to anything. While my wife loves this store, we won't shop there anymore
