Koala GoReviews of teachwithkoala.com

This is absolutely the best company I have ever worked with. I signed up for their business plan, but then fell ill and they really kept things on pace which ultimately helped me out and made me feel like I did not fall behind on my business. The families I serve are always so impressed with the platform and sign up, and now I can have teachers help me while monitoring them. Very important for quality control and security purposes! Xavier and his team are TOP NOTCH. Truly no one better. Special thanks to Noah but really every team member I have spoken to has been superior!!

I love it and the children I tutor love it! It makes interactive learning easy.

Koala isn't just a meeting platform, it is made for teaching and filled with the tools and extras you need to make your online lessons pop, all organized into one place. The whiteboard tools, shared browser and playground offer a variety of teaching environments and I can save all of each student's work in their own spot. The 24/7 online help has saved me from technical jams more than once. It's the best!

EXCELLENT customer service. They immediately help with problems. Koala is so easy to use, and it's very fun to create lessons.

KoalaGo makes tutoring my students a pleasure. It is so much better than Zoom or Google Meet because it was built for tutoring, not for businesses. The platform is easy to use. There are so many great things about it -- the whiteboard, the co-browser, the teaching tools, the playground which kids LOVE. However the staff is what sets this company apart from all others. The 24 hour immediate tech services which allows me to chat with a live person willing and able to answer all of my questions and to help me troubleshoot problems encountered during a tutoring session is so valuable. The company is always improving the platform based upon the needs of tutors. They truly want to know how we use the platform and how they can make it better to make our jobs easier.

Koala Go has made teaching fun and keeps students attention. The team truly wants to help kids learn and teachers teach.

Koala has been an absolute career-changing move for me. For over half a decade I've used this platform to reach students across North America as well as collaborate with professionals in my field. The customer service is always quick, warm, and helpful. The team at Koala truly supports you and believes in your success. Not once have I looked back to Zoom or any other platform. Thank you, Koala!

Koala Go is an absolutely INCREDIBLE online teaching platform - so much better than Zoom, LessonSpace, etc. In particular, the co-browser tool allows my students to interact directly with digital lesson slides, games, practice exercises, and other activities. The whiteboard is very intuitive and functional, including being able to upload worksheets or slides to annotate. For my students though, what they LOVE and keeps them coming back is the Koala playground zone - a kind of Minecraft-style 3D learning world, where you can easily build immersive role-playing activities, virtual escape rooms, etc full of educational quizzes and practice questions. The other thing that really makes Koala Go stand out to me as an online teacher is how amazing their support is. They have a 24/7 help chat that responds (with a real person) within moments, live in class, to solve any tech issues. This is something no other virtual teaching platform I've tried has been able to match.
