Never received the product I ordered.

Made a legit order then they did an "up sale" for $1.00 for a bookmark PDF which I took. Somewhere on that up-sale screen there was a checkbox that said "Subscribe for $19.95 a month".

You have still not sent the number that I ordered and PAID for. I ordered 3 for boys and 2 for girls! I only received 2 for boys and 2 for girls! I need you to send another boys set. And I don’t really care about a free surprise gift, but you did say you were sending it and it did not come in the box either.

I have already sent a request for a follow up because the item was never delivered. I sent back all the information and the receipt that I got that it was delivered someplace in Cleveland to a post office. You were supposed to be checking up on it and let me know. As of yet all I get is advertisement and no results.

This was a cheap little product that I shouldn’t have even paid five dollars for.

I spent over $100 & pkg sent to the wrong address; therefore, I’m left empty handed!

Never received my purchased items and the “support” is some of the absolute worst I’ve ever had the displeasure of experiencing. Do NOT buy from here! They will lose your order and couldn’t care less!

They take your money and stop caring. I ordered the 31 prayer cards at $29.98 including shipping on July 7th for my daughter. I received confirmation that the order was delivered on July 11, perfect timing for my her tennis tournament. However, she did not receive the item. I checked the delivery confirmation and it was not delivered to the specified address, it was delivered to her university reception and cannot be tracked as there are many receptions in all the academic buildings. I sent a screen shot of my shipping information as well as a screen shot of the delivery information via email & was told someone will get back to me within 48 hrs. Erica contacted me and stated that it was delivered and I needed to contact USPS. USPS stated that it was delivered to the labelled address which is not the address on my order. This is absolutely hopeless, there is no phone number or chat to get a human, just Erica hiding behind an email. I have demanded a refund as summer school ends today and my daughter is coming home, but they keep saying the order was delivered. Basically, they grab the money and do not care afterwards. Not Christian like!
