Initially as per new policy, my old reviews were removed from the profile to ensure only authentic ones are shown. I was really disheartened as each and every review was a result of my sincere efforts. I wrote a mail and shared proofs of my chat with the students requesting them to add them back. Immediately I got a response from Teacheron that they are added back to my profile. with this kind act, they not only managed to retain my trust but also assured that the policies are changed solely for ensuring authenticity and genuineness.
