The individual behind this campaign has created thousands of fake accounts to repeatedly harass our company and team members.
You will also notice a consistent pattern: the spam reviews are overwhelmingly posted from newly created accounts with little or no legitimate account history.
We respectfully ask that these reviews be investigated as coordinated abuse rather than treated as genuine customer feedback.

Commercial Site Misleadingly Similar to the Real Govt One
Charges $50 to submit a government travel form that costs nothing. Why is such crime allowed to exist? Why is it the highest ranked option in a Google search of TDAC?
PS
I am an independent consumer, not a participant in any coordinated harassment campaign. I have no connection whatsoever to the criminal case or individual referenced in the company's response.
I find it disturbing that the company responds to legitimate consumer criticism with sweeping accusations of criminal harassment, rather than addressing the actual complaint.
My criticism is straightforward: Thailand's Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) can be submitted completely free of charge through the official Thai Immigration website, which Trustpilot will not allow me to post here but can be found online.
Travelers should be aware of this before paying a third-party website to submit the same information.
I encourage Trustpilot to examine the company's practice of publishing identical criminal accusations in response to multiple negative reviews.
PPS — In response to the company's replies:
I was not charged $50 because I chose not to proceed with the application after encountering that fee at the end of the submission process. There is therefore no payment record to check. My review concerns the charge I was presented with, not a payment I actually made.
I acknowledge the company's statement that it offers free TDAC submissions and an optional paid early-submission service. However, I stand by my account of what I encountered during the application process.
What I find particularly objectionable is the company's initial response, which accused me of participating in a coordinated criminal harassment campaign, referenced an arrest warrant, and implied that my review was fraudulent—all without presenting any evidence connecting me to such activities.
I am a genuine individual describing my own experience. Even if there has been confusion over which website presented the charge, that does not justify publicly associating me with criminal activity.
I would encourage Trustpilot to examine the company's apparent practice of responding to negative reviews with sweeping and unsupported allegations of criminal harassment.
For anyone applying for Thailand's Digital Arrival Card, use the official government website, not these confusingly similar-sounding commercial ones.
PPPS!
I have to admit at this point I am confused. I appreciate the conciliatory replies in this review thread, but I am not fabricating my experience and don't appreciate the false charges of criminal behavior. Perhaps I accessed a different, similarly-named site.
In any case, the advice is still to just use the government website for visa acquisition, though the difficulty of doing so is evident in my experience of having intended to do just that and instead ending up a website impersonating a legit. one.

If this is a genuine complaint, it actually fooled us as well, because the information you posted mentions a $50 charge, which is completely false.
tdac.in.th redirects to https://agents.co.th/tdac-apply/about , which provides a completely FREE TDAC application service.
The only paid option we offer, or have ever offered, is the ability to submit your TDAC earlier than the standard 72-hour window before arrival. Even then, this optional service costs a maximum of $7 USD, not $50.
It is highly likely that you were charged by an actual scam website rather than AGENTS CO., LTD.
We strongly recommend checking your payment records to confirm exactly which website or company charged you before making these accusations.
EDIT:
This sounds very unusual, as we have never charged $50 for a TDAC application. Our service is clearly advertised as FREE, or $7 for advance submission outside the standard 72-hour government window. The $7 fee covers submitting on your behalf as soon as eligibility begins, including reattempts if the government system encounters errors.
We suspect you may have used a different website and subsequently found our company through Google. Unfortunately, many TDAC scam websites purchase sponsored advertisements to appear above the official government website. We do not run paid advertising, as it would make no financial sense for a service costing $7 or offered for free.
Our service was primarily intended for existing Thai Visa Centre customers, especially when the government system was experiencing frequent errors. Today, we generally recommend the official THIM app, which is also free.
Regarding your review being flagged, we have experienced hundreds of fraudulent reviews, and yours may have been mistakenly included among them. You can read about the documented campaign here:

We also maintain a list of known TDAC scams:

We apologize if your review was incorrectly flagged. However, we strongly believe there has been a misunderstanding, as we have never advertised or charged $50 for this service.

This is a fake TDAC website
This is a fake TDAC website owned by American Chad Scira, the same scammer who was previously arrested by Bangkok police for selling fraudulent Thai visas to tourists.
Do not send this website your passport or credit card info! Use only the official TDAC website from the Thai government.
