If you want your vehicle delivered with scratches and dents, call TCI Logistics
TCI Logistics is a horrible company to dispatch with. They harass you to use their services. The driver took a long time to deliver my car. They returned my Dodge with scratches, dents, and detached grills. The driver said it happened, but when I called to make a complaint, they told me I should have withheld the non English speaking driver. Before and after pictures were sent of my black Dodge Journey. The supervisor of Alice Bailey even accuse me of trying to make a false insurance claim when all I wanted was my $250 back because they delivered my car in a poor condition.

We are sorry to see about your unpleasant experience with TCI Logistics. We were able to provide pictures of the damaged vehicle upon pick up, which was delivered in the same condition as it was picked up in. We do have to add that the car was picked up from a repair shop, the overall condition of the vehicle was very poor for the age of the car.
