Steals from customers
I was given a partial refund for a recent order. So I reached out and explained the situation. I was told that they made a mistake with the "order limits", so I responded asking if I was still receiving whatever the order limit was since I did not receive a full refund of the amount I paid. I receive a response not answering my question at all and saying they reserve the "right" to cancel any order. So I responded saying that did not answer my question. Then I did not get a response, so I sent another email saying I want to either get an update on my order or a full refund. This idiot's response to me was that I will no longer be allowed to place orders. They still have not given me my over $100 back. The lack of ownership in one's mistakes is laughable. I recommend no one order from here, as you run the risk of them stealing from you. Owning multiple businesses myself, I would be doing everything in my power to make this right if an employee of mine reacted the same.
