1) They blocked my purchases as fraud. 2) I had to buy what I wanted from another dealer. 3) I contacted them for a week to get information on my order and to request a call back (they have NO customer service rep) and when they replied, MULTIPLE times, answered me for asking for a call back but didn't address my orders issues. 4) I finally got someone to email me and asked for order numbers. I supplied screenshots. 5) was told the orders were "flagged" as fraud. 6) Replied to their message DAYS ago, and got no response. THIS IS THE W-O-R-S-T experience I have aver had. I WILL N-E-V-E-R order from them again. In matter of fact, I am telling EVERYONE I KNOW, to not order from them. They are useless. All they do is take a cut of your money and offer no REAL customer service to fix the problem. Kick rocks, TCG PLAYER

I have purchased items on the website over the past year, and as of recent, I am having all of my orders canceled. I have been marked as "Fraudulent" in their automation system. All I have done is bought, paid, and never done anything on their website to commit anything close to fraud. I have reached out to their support team and just got a generic "Your account is marked as fraudulent". I have opened up multiple cases and cannot get an answer as to why this is flagged in their system and can no longer purchase items on their website. This seems like some sort of a dystopian joke of horrible automation systems combined with horrible customer support not wanting to assist me with what is going on here SO I CAN SPEND MONEY ON THEIR WEBSITE. I pray something else comes along besides TCGPLAYER as a primary card selling market place.

Seller "Muas PokeCenter" provided a tracking number that shows "delivered" to the WRONG ZIP code. TCGplayer is refusing to help me because I didn't contact them within 30 days of the estimated shipping arrival. They have done very little to help and the seller isn't replying. Do not buy from "Muas PokeCenter", and be aware that you can't just sleep on your orders on this site, you need to track them closely. Lost a big order due to them. Order: F509B4E8-F2FCE9-A96ED

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience has been extremely frustrating. I placed a TCGplayer Direct order on June 25. More than a week later, the tracking still showed no evidence that USPS had received the package. My concern was never the estimated delivery date—it was whether the package had actually been handed to the carrier. I contacted customer support four separate times and repeatedly asked one simple question: Has USPS physically received my package, or has only a shipping label been created? Despite asking the same question in multiple ways, I never received a direct answer. Instead, I received nearly identical canned responses telling me to wait until the estimated delivery date. In their final response, support acknowledged they could not verify when or even if the package had been handed to USPS. That means after multiple contacts, they still could not confirm whether the shipment had actually entered the mail stream. Delays happen, and I understand that. My issue is the lack of transparency and the repeated copy-and-paste responses instead of addressing a straightforward question. Customer service should provide answers, not scripts. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend TCGplayer Direct.

I did two separate orders over 2 months, each time the package I received was missing at least one card. Both time was with the option "TCGplayer Direct", that had the supposed guarantee of card quality verification and perfect delivery. I was offered a partial refund of the card without including shipping instead of just being sent the missing card, making the purchases worse in the end than buying locally since the savings in price of the cards I actually received did not offset the shipping costs compared to local stores around me. I tried two times thinking I was unlucky on the first one, but I will not order anymore.

TCG Player Direct used to be a trusted place to buy cards but no longer. I HIGHLY recommend that IF you use this platform you ONLY BUY FROM OUTSIDE SELLERS. I have still had great service and ship times from private sellers. However TCG Player DIRECT is a scam now. They happily take your money and your order, never send it, give you a bogus tracking number that never works and when you try to ask questions you just get canned responses from a bot. I am 3 weeks out from my order date and have requested Cancelation and Refund with no response. I will likely need to cancel the order with the Credit Card company as a fraudulent purchase... Extremely frustrating! Oh how the mighty have fallen...

These people charge everyone and can't even make sure the website works or loads. I don't actually understand why they deserve a cut of anything when they don't do a competent job.

Scams I have Personally seen using the sight. The prices Change Often from around .01 to $20 and sometimes they will do it the Second you click to check out. the support are all bots And Will tell you anything to get you to make a purchase. Even to the point of straight Fraud. the cards that are so cheap will drop out of your cart before you can purchase them about 90% of the time. the shipping that says "free shipping over $5 will sometimes change into as much as $20 shipping, or "discounted shipping" (which is as much as anyone else's shipping price). sometimes entire packages won't show up and they just hope your order was to big to notice. cards are often missing from orders. the quality listed is not accurate so don't try to use it for collectables, only playing cards. You sometimes get a foreign card that is worth less. TCG has a place to report fake cards but no way to really check in advance. if you purchase a product that goes up in value they will cancel your order (though they re-offered me the same product for $40 more.) They are owned by E-bay and moved out of a state, firing all their employees, to avoid a union... Not technically a scam, but when I found out it was definitely the final straw...
