This company is a SCAM! I also got sucked into the cat tree. After 12 Emails back and forth, with me getting them to admitt they were at fault, I still got no action other than a 30% voucher to spend with them. Why would I want to do that!! Stay away from purchasing from this company. I was glad to see that I wasn't the only one that was robbed.

I also order a cat tree and received the furry gray thing. I didn't known what it was until found the review page and read some of the reviews.

i also bought the cat tower and got this grey carpet thing that looked like a toilet seat cover and they tried telling me thats what i order and its a cat mat. wth would i buy my cat a rug lol i asked for my money back they said i paid $19.99 & i actually paid $29.99. but then after i complained more they said they would give me 30% in a refund to use on their site. i think not. so now what????

Well I fell for the if the price is too good to be true so get it. So like others I spent $19.99 on some kind of cat tree and instead got an gray unstuff shaggy pillow.

I ordered a $19.99 cat tower and got a round gray fuzzy circle that didn’t have a pillow in it. Will never order from them again.

I also ordered a cat tower for $30. I received a furry gray pillow. Atleast thats what it appers to be. No cat tower. Me and my cat are upset

Same as others - I bought a cat tower and was scammed by getting a round fluffy pillow.

They bait and switch....order a cat tower for $36., .....and get a round piece of fur.....ridiculous....need to be stopped and everyone refunded
