I purchased the travel set, which comes with the stroller, bassinet, and car seat. Stroller is really cute and overall good but the car seat is really bad and unsafe. First the company doesn’t make a vehicle base for that car seat, the plastic used to make this car seat its so cheap and light that the car seat flips backwards, a two year old can carry this car seat that’s is how light it is. The clip on the back where the vehicle belt is supposed to be insert it, is so tin that you can pull it and bend it making the vehicle belt loose and the car seat moving and possibly flying out if you break or make a sharp turn. This car seat doesn’t meet the USA safety stands, I don’t understand why they don’t mention this on their website. Also they state that they are located in the USA but it’s not true they are a Chinese company and ship all items from China, which takes at least one month to deliver.

I can’t believe how terrible this company is and how much they lie!!!! They never offered to replace the stroller, and they sent me the WRONG car seat cushion, a much cheaper one!!! Which I sent back. My grand daughter was born with disabilities, she can’t swallow, and she she can’t bend her knees and walk!!! I let them know that, but they didn’t care. It’s important that I had the right car seat for her because of her disabilities, but I STILL haven’t gotten the car seat cushion. That’s what I received in my order, the cushion had footprints on it!!!

The stroller is horrible!!!! I recived broken stroller whit so many issues, broken pad and stroller construction where wheels going. And stroller come whit out car seats. I sent stroller back and pay 120$ then ask him for refunds, they tell me he don’t refunds postal fee. I recived broken stroller cost me 920$ and I must pay postal fee 120$ to send back. Is this normal??? And stroller come from China and I check price on another website and cost 300$. This is very rude. Now I waiting to back my money!!!!

after making me wait 2 weeks to get a shipping confirmation, I received an email stating that my order will not be fulfilled thus a refund is issued. My bank has not record of a refund. They're a SCAM!!!

Got my order yesterday after going back and forth with them via . They insult my character . By saying I'm a fraud and that my package was delivered . When it was not I just got it yesterday thanks to the help of USPS. Because my package was ship all over. If u order from here you have to have patients . Cause I don't your package is guaranteed u will have to keep messaging them. N be ready to get disrespected by them. I am going to sue them for deformation of character. They ask me to take my review down i will not cause its helpful to others .

I ordered from this store based on the fact that they had a USA address on their website, only to find out after ordering and not receiving a tracking number for my package to which I had to ask them for then it was revealed that this was a china based company selling cheap stroller sets. They claim they are just a wholesale company and they don't make the strollers. Who has ever heard of a stroller company named Golden? I then asked for a return address to send the stroller back. The box when it arrived was in horrible condition, to which I made sure I took a bunch of pics. I sent the box back the same day it was delivered. I was told my refund would be given 5-10days after they receive their package they given 14 days to return it unopened for a full refund. 3 weeks later and I have not received my refund from them, which they claim was refunded over 10 days ago. My bank has no refund coming from that company. So it's lawsuit time. They will not make off with my $349.99 and have their crappy stroller set too. I reached out to ask for documents to prove they refunded my money so I can give it to my bank and no response from them. I reported them to the BBB and my attorney will be contacting them next.

12/28/18 UPDATE: Tay Online Store has reported my review because they want my review removed. Now the company is stating that I am not a verified customer, I wonder how they emailed me. My order # was 3654. Ladies and/or gentlemen pls don't be fooled. This company is a scam. After they emailed offering to give me back the restocking fees if I remove my review and I refused to remove my review they have tried multiple time to get my review removed. UPDATE: So the company contacted me via email with this response. "Please don’t worry, we will have your concerns addressed and we will compensate you for the restocking fees we’ve charged you , we will refund it back to you. I’ll be also sending you a check to your address to cover the costs that you’ve paid to ship the product back to us. BUT I have a request from you before I do this, to remove all the reviews you left to us on trust pilot and BBB website. Looking forward for your replay. Regards (I removed the name as the company complained who stated he was the business manager) His email claims I was charged a restocking fee but on my BBB complaint they stated that they deducted the expedited shipping charges. In order to get my money back TAY Online Store wants me to remove my review. What a joke. I would much rather let expecting mothers such as myself know exactly who these people are. I wish I could give this company negative stars but that's not possible. We ordered the European rose gold stroller with carseat (per the description on this company website). First, it does not come with a carseat, it comes with a unsafe poorly constructed carrier made from cheap plastic and very unsafe for an infant. Second, customer service is almost nonexistent. There is no contact number for this company, they are not US based. After communicating via email expressing my concerns I was instructed to ship the product to an address in Aurora, IL & once shipped I would receive a full credit of $398.99 plus the return shipping expense ($49.88). After sending (via email) the tracking number to the company for the return, they disappeared. I sent numerous emails, no response. I then received a phone call from a foreign male to whom I voiced all my concerns. He stated that the stroller is not European as it states in the description on the company website but it is European styled & themed made in China. He then continues to state that the carrier can be used as a carseat with no base strapped with my vehicle carseat across the baby or I should purchase a base that fits the carrier. Third, the manual, WARNING label, & all tags were written & printed in the Chinese language, I understood nothing. Finally, the wheels of the stroller are easily attachable & detachable. This product is very unsafe & not worth the cost. It is NOT an high end product.
