Honestly I have tried to reach out to this company more than 4 times through email and no one has yet responded to any of my emails. I find it strange they don’t have a customer support number to call if you have any questions or issues. I have been recently trying to purchase my unborn daughter a nice set off this website and every time I try to purchase it they decline it and “CANCEL” my order because of fraud. I reached out to my bank to make sure I didn’t have a block on my card that was preventing me from purchasing online. My bank told me there was no block and that they could see where the purchase went through with the merchant. But when I log on to Tay Online and click on my purchase that I was thinking went through it says “order canceled”because of fraud. I’m extremely frustrated and confused because I have tried to purchase this set more than 4/5 times and every time they cancel it. I’m wondering why??? No one will respond or get back with me like the website specifies of you contact them. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experience online especially trying to purchase babu products. I really love what they had to offer on their website but again it’s so confusing and frustrating when you can’t actually talk to someone when your trying to spend your money with them or do business with them.

They don’t explain their products at all, also delivery veeeery slow. Despite the fact that the delivery takes a very long time, the stroller arrived later than the deadline anyway. Also they just ignore to answer when you have questions about stroller. I just recognised some of details already broken. Very bad quality and service!

Update to my last review... so my aunt was able to dispute the charge with her credit card company... won, and this joke of a business is now sending her to collections! Need I mention not only have I NOT received the stroller but it hasn’t even shipped out yet! The item was ordered October 18th; please everyone reading this, DO NOT order from this company! I suggest you contact my aunt and retract your threatening email! You cannot send someone to collections for an item never received or shipped for that matter!

Owner personally wants to help resolve the return issue with the order. He then emailed me a return label that is completely off with the return item weight a 0.35kg on the label. Went to the post office to ship it and i was told that the weight is 16.6kg, a HUGE discrepancy. The then emailed me back that they didnt have any issue with the weight, it should be billed with their account. Went to 3 other Canada post outlets and they all said the same thing to email the owner back to send a RETURN label with the correct weight of 16.6kg then they will accept the return. I haven't heard anything back from Tay online store owner, its been 3days.

I will recommend nobody buy anything from their website. They are scammers. They show something else on website and send trashy strollers and when you want to return they will ask you to ship it and after receiving they blame you saying “you sent us a different product” and will say please send us product we sent you to process your refund and they hold all your money including shipping amount too. And in the end you get nothing even after sending them million emails. So people beware of the scammer called “Tay online store “

Since the beginning things have gone wrong with TayOnline. Firstly, my pram arrived without the extra necessary parts/accessories, it was damaged (dented metal, torn leather handle) and not it was not as advertised - poorer quality tyres. After contacting TayOnline - they responded quickly and sent the missing parts, but didnt address the damaged parts. Now only 3 months after using the pram lightly ( covid lockdown) the pram is falling apart. The paint scratches off when you fold it in half, the wheel or brakes has started rattling/clicking and the brakes cease intermittently. TayOnline has not responded to my last 3 emails/online enquiries. Don't use this company! They're only friendly when trying to sell their product!! The pram won't last you more than 6 months, let alone for another child down the track. Furthermore, they won't allow negative feedback on their website, they have reviews turned off on their Facebook page & they have blocked me on Instagram due to my honest negative feedback. Their rating & feedback thus far is only good because they control it everywhere else. Do not recommend.

Ordered a stroller from the "company" and months after the expected arrival date the the wrong color (that is awful) shows up. Because of this I had to get another car seat to bring my newborn home; which I'm glad I did but the one it comes with seem flimsy and unsafe. Consumer services is TERRIBLE. Offered me %30 off or I could return it to be refunded. I ask how much the %30 would be because as a busy mom of a newborn I don't have the time or resources to return. They gave my a much lower price then what %30 would be, I try to correct them as I calculated it and they refused to give me what they hard originally agreed to. I had left them a bad review about how they wouldn't give me the amount they had originally said and they messaged me back say I would get NOTHING if I didn't take down my review! 🤯🤬 So I did and they said they refunded my card but of course that was false. At this point I just wanted to return it but I had no trust that I would receive anything back. After almost 2 weeks of messaging them everyday I have still not gotten a response.. also reported my review lying and saying I wasn't a customer and try to get it removed so I'm guessing that's the only reason why they have high reviews. please do not buy from this company there products are way overpriced and if somethings wrong you are basically screwed 😔 so incredibly disappointed

Pésimo servicio, no puedo estar más defraudada con esta página, después de comprar un carrito y esperar más de 2 meses para recibirlo me llegó incompleto, le faltaba una rueda y me dijeron que me mandaban otra, después de casi un mes más la rueda ni siquiera había salido de la fábrica, entonces me dijeron que lo devolviera ya que no podía esperar más y que ellos pagaban los gastos de envío, que me los reembolsaban junto con el reembolso del carrito, pero eso nunca pasó y solo me devolvieron el valor del carrito, nunca los gastos de envío que fueron 295€. Me pusieron de escusa que mi banco no aceptaba más dinero que el del propio reembolso, pero al ponerme en contacto con el banco me pidieron que me enviasen una imagen del ingreso para ver que tipo de error salía y poder arreglarlo; al pedirles esto último nunca más obtuve respuesta, por más que les he escrito. Me siento totalmente estafada, jamás volveré a comprar en esta página.
