Mostly all good
Mostly all good. Sometimes a bit overwhelming with all those different forms. Guess we should blame that on all the tax regulations 🤣

NEWBIE As a first time user, I had numerous issues. Most were primarily due to my inexperience. I wish the response time were faster from Support but they did respond and were quite helpful. I will return next time tax forms have to be filed and hope to have less stumbles on my way to a successful result.

The Customer Service was excellent
The Customer Service was excellent. The Associate gave me detailed instructions and helped to guide me through the process of completing a difficult form.

Great for form 941
TaxZerone is great for form 941 and for requesting extensions and having proof of submission. Getting copies of previous returns is easy and the user interphase is smooth. For me, the service is not competitive for full returns

Great software but a bit pricey
The software is well done and makes the process easier. I took off a star because, as a nonprofit, we would prefer to put the fee towards our mission, rather than spend it filing tax forms (that the IRS should let us file for free!).

Fairly easy to fill out the data but…
Fairly easy to fill out the data but clarity is needed on the REQUIREMENT for Signatory Details before the Upload button is functional. It took awhile to figure that out and even the ChatBot did not recognize that was an essential piece of data before the Upload button would engage.
