Only complaint are the add on fees for bank products. Makes them pretty expensive for clients and cuts into our preparation fees and profit.

I am a tax preparer that has decided to go on my own. So far, I am very pleased with my experience with TaxSlayer Pro, and, their follow-up on my cases when ever I found myself where it is difficult for me to understand a particular status, or the client's tax situation does not make it easy for me to complete.

The support personnel was not very knowledgeable and done were not very friendly. I also had trouble with returns needing rejected but I was not notified auth an ack until the client's started calling to what wad going on. One of my business clients return was left hanging gettin march to a few days ago when I haf to retransmit before it would give me an acceptance ack. Then it finally showed it was accepted in march. I like a lot if the features but the software freezes up often.

Software needs an upgrade. It slows my computer down when it's time to print the return. We should be able to access 10 years of past tax programs because the IRS goes back that far.

Forms are not comprehensive of all IRS forms. I need to see more international asset forms, such as 5271 and all schedules in the form.
