Mr. Alonzo was fantastic.
Mr. Alonzo was GREAT!!! He was very knowledgeable and so, so patient. He took his time with me, and he explained everything in simple language that I could understand. I never felt rushed at all. I appreciate him and the rest of the Tax Relief Staffers for all the help that they have given me in straightening out my very complex tax situation. KUDOS!!!

No status update of case yet?? Been a few months now?
My husband started the process but haven't heard anything for months not even a status update? But yet the deduction payments are always coming out on time. I know the government shutdown was going on but still we would at least like a status update on what's going on with his case?

Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns. We genuinely want to help, but we have not been able to locate your husband’s case in our system based on the information provided. We also reached out through Trustpilot’s “Find Reviewer” tool but did not receive the details needed to verify the account. Please reach out to us directly at (800) 985-8970 with the name, phone number, or email used during enrollment. Once we have that, we can immediately review the case and provide a full status update. We never want a client to feel uninformed, and we’re committed to making sure you have clear updates and answers. We look forward to getting this resolved quickly once we’re able to verify the account.
