Run, don't walk!!
This is the most horrible experience I have ever had. I have had the run around trying to find someone to help me with my case and the staff does not convey the truth and you will be ignored every time you contact them. I was never recommend this service to anyone. This is clearly a scam and they will keep your money even if you work out a payment plan with the IRS - you will be screwed because the IRS will come after you. Now, I have no other choice but to hire an attorney to help me retrieve my initial deposit of over $16,000. Do not be fooled by the website. Do yourself a favor and workout your tax liabilities directly with the IRS. NEVER USE THIS SERVICE!!!

Knowledge of resolutions that can be implemented to assist in me resolving my tax issues, not judging me but reassuring me that with the proper guidance my situation can be resolved, displaying patience and empathy where needed and encouragement effectively put in place. My specialist understood my circumstances and without judgement educated me on the necessary steps that will be given before and after contact with the IRS, he is very well mannered and respectful! Mr Ben Fargo has been very professional each time we have conversated, he has consistently been respectful and understanding of what led me to this tax issue.

What made this experience great
What made this experience great? Ben. I am going through a divorce, stressing with taxes, centering with peace and evolving with empathy, and here come Ben. I called the number Taxquotes, Ben answer the phone and we talked like we were friends. He allowed the conversation to be calm, relaxing, and understanding. I needed to vent and he listens and I listens to his new life expectations. He provided the tax issues and the cost and I cried. GOD was with me at this time and conversation. Ben thanks you for handling my taxes and a great conversation therapist 👍
