I have been with this program since 2018. We have been trying to get a resolution all this time. Obviously Covid pushed things back that was kind of in our favor, but still the debt was weighing on our minds and we suffered in silence, they managed to come up with two offers within this time that was just not a reachable amount. I’ve been speaking with Jessie Moreno The last couple months, she was very aggressive with helping obtaining some type of settlement that was acceptable. After patiently waiting all these years we finally reached a settlement. TLA has been patient and understanding with our case. Every staff member I encountered was helpful. However, Jessie was a standout she explained to me questions ive asked for years that I could never seem to receive a definitive answer.
