Very good communication and a very friendly driver (Ruben!). A very good experience

First, I would like to thank 7 Transfer for their excellent service, punctuality, and cleanliness of their vehicles. Let me tell you about my first experience with this excellent company. First, I booked an apartment through Booking and received a free shuttle bus upon booking to take me from Madrid Airport to the apartment. I received instructions after booking that the bus would be waiting for me upon arrival, and they did. My three children and I were traveling together and had 8 suitcases, including 2 large ones. At the meeting point, we were met by a staff member holding a screen with my name on it. We then headed to the bus and were driven to the apartment. The bus was very comfortable after a very tiring journey, and the staff member was very kind and respectful. In the end, I would like to say that it was an excellent experience and I will repeat my experience with them every time. Many thanks to the entire team for the excellent service.

Great service both from and airport return. Friendly, safe and excellent customer service. Would whole heartedly recommend the company for taxi services

Our driver Monica was waiting for us at the airport. She was efficient and brought us to our destination without any issue. The car was clean. Thank you Monica

Punctual and friendly.

The driver contacted us as soon as we landed. Agree a meeting spot. He was friendly and very tidy. The journey was quick and efficient. We will definitely use this service again.

Great experience, driver was on time and friendly

Direct na landing persoonlijk contact of we er al aankwamen. De chauffeur vertelde waar hij stond. Zeer aardige man! En een goede trip naar ons hotel.
