Hi updating my experience, they are helping me with my payments to withdraw when I'm able, but I don't receive any news abou my 2022 taxes .

I must say that this company is very helpful and compassionate. My husband and I changed our minds about using their services due to an issue on our end. They were very understanding and arranged for us to end our contract with them (even though they had started working on our case). Wonderful customer service!

I was in panic mode over some crazy tax bills I received last year. I had consultations with a couple other companies, but they weren't much help. I needed someone to look over my tax files with a fine-tooth comb, and Tax Help USA were the ones! By taking their time and really scrutinizing my bills, they were able to narrow it down to what I actually owed, and didn't owe. What a money saver in the end! Thanks so much, I'm so happy & relieved.

I called them up and spoke to Aida, she was very friendly, knowledgeable.. and patient. After we struck a deal, My debt was negotiated to a much lower amount, and I only have 2 small payments left and I'll be completely debt free. It's a huge weight off my shoulders.
