Our accounting firm is new to TaxDome, but having completed the conversion and worked out all the kinks, it has really helped me improve upon production times. The support staff has been diligent about addressing our needs and fine tuning our product.

From a staff and administrative perspective, TaxDome has been a huge asset. The platform keeps everything centralized—documents, tasks, communication, and workflows—which significantly reduces back-and-forth and manual tracking. It’s intuitive to use, helps maintain organization during busy seasons, and allows our team to work more efficiently while staying on top of deadlines. Overall, it’s a well-designed system that supports smooth internal operations and consistent client service.

The AI integration is great, really helpful tagging documents and other things such as the organizer

Love Taxdome. It's an all in on stop that I'd recommend to any firm -large scale or small. The built in automations and the inchat features are extremely handy. However, with those upgrades has a cost, as they are ever evolving they have some glitches and the automated AI help can be frustrating.

I appreciate all the recent updates. However, the communication tab could be improved. It would be helpful to have a filter option for unseen messages (marked with grey ticks) and for messages that have not received a response (marked with green ticks but no reply). Additionally, the current view does not allow opening a client account directly without clicking on a specific message. Addressing these points would significantly enhance my overall experience.

taxdome is user friendly which is a bonus when dealing with some of the older clients who are not very good with computers. Also has helped us increase getting paid quicker by being able to send reminders out more frequently.
