Unprofessionell company. They are happy to take your money but failed to deliver service. After we paid the first payment they tried to sale us another service. We use now another accounting company for our fillings. Never again

had a very disappointing experience with TAX USA. After purchasing their full incorporation and banking package for my New Mexico LLC, I discovered only after payment that they required a “professional” website with very specific characteristics in order to open a U.S. bank account — a requirement that was never disclosed at any point before purchasing the service. Despite months of emails, I never received a clear answer regarding my request for a refund, nor any support to resolve the issue. Instead, I was directed toward additional high-priced services (tax filing and dissolution) at fees far above the market average. Communication was slow, incomplete, and at times completely absent. My last email was ignored altogether. In the end, I decided to handle the tax filing and dissolution myself through alternative providers at a fraction of their cost. Lack of transparency, lack of assistance, and poor customer service. I cannot recommend TAX USA based on my experience.
