Has anyone had success obtaining an address for returns for defective garments ? Have been waiting over a week for a response to my email where to send the merch back .

One of my dresses came torn
One of my dresses came torn. So I looked up their return policy. It clearly states you may return items that are damaged. I contacted the company and sent a picture of the torn dress. Initially, they offered me $7. I said I didn’t want the $7, I wanted to return the dress. Then they offer me $17. Again, I declined. I didn’t want a bran new dress that was torn. Finally they offered me $24 (1/2 the price of the dress) or the option to ship it myself to Dubai. Be carful what you order from this company. The clothing is cheap and the return policy is ridiculous. Buyer beware!
