On March 1St I placed an parts order. 11 days later still no delivery of my order. I tried all the phone numbers to find out what the issue is . When I say I spent hours on hold I'm not joking. Besides they don't use UPS so there's no tracking number of any kind. All things considered I'll never deal with them again. Never. NO parts or firearms. I've been a dedicated customer for 35 years and spent many thousands of dollars spent but no more.

Purchased a Tracker model in 44 magnum last September. Used 1 time and had severe blowback after 5 to 10 rounds. Spoke to manufacturer and they decided to return for repair. After these past 6 months and numerous emails and calls I still have no revolver and no indications it will ever be repaired. As far as I know they have determined the barrel was defective and needed replacement. After 6 months I suggested a new revolver or refund. That was refused. The Customer Service is absolutely disgusting and I have reached the apex of my discontent. Reaching out to someone, ANYONE with Taurus, with any sense of empathy would please step up and resolve this stupidity. PLEASE. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ As of 27MAR2025 there has been no followup by anyone, no assistance from anyone and the manufacturer has still not returned this product to me. All around issues with the manufacturer and the reviewing agency. Consumer protection agency needs to be contacted.

Sent my Taurus G2c in for warranty repair 7 weeks ago. Problem : You cannot get a human on the phone! Placed on hold FOREVER then you simply hang up. The Taurus tracking system has my G2c in "Ready to Ship" category.....Problem : it's been ready to ship for over a week. Warranty sounds great until you need it!

Purchased a leather chest holster and some accessories from TaurusUsa.com They took my money (about $250l on December 31st. Then the website went down for repairs. The link to track my order is dead. NO ONE WILL ANSWER THE PHONED AFTER LITERAL HOURS AND HOURS OVER WEEKS OF TRYING! My emails go unanswered. Email after email after email. It's been over a month and a week and nothing. $250 down the drain.

Recieved a Taurus TX22 for Christmas from my wife. Shot terrible with quality ammo. Found out they had bad barrels so contacted Taurus and was given a return label to send barrel back in exchange for a factory new one. Did as instructed. Recieved package from Taurus yesterday with a magazine in it. After waiting 54 minutes I spoke to a customer service representative. She said documentation shows I sent a magazine back! Despite using logic and reasoning , I can't use magazine without a barrel, I was still informed i sent a magazine back. That is a lie. She said it will be investigated and I will be contacted by someone in 1-2 days. Despite it being noted in my first conversation stating a barrel I continued to be told I sent a magazine. Basically I am being called a liar. My wife doesn't know their horrible history.

I bought a Taurus .22LR pistol and at the time they offered 3 free magazines as a rebate. Upon receipt of the gun I registered it on the Taurus web site and was sent a "code" to enter for the free magazines, Code expires end of Feb 2025. BUT they are out of stock. 3 weeks later (end of January they are back in stock) BUT my code is invalid. TRY contacting Taurus I dare you ...... Phone number says due to high volume call back BUT should you get through you are on hold for(well for me) 45 minutes and then hung up on. email them.... they do NOT respond.

I can't stand taurus they are not a good company blew my cylinder up on my 357 629 7 shot had to give me a new frame to the gun tester used 357 maximum rifle loads in it sent it back with all the damage had to re ship it finally got it back the firearms tester was a idiot no clue could have blew his hand off also did not clean it either time very angry at them I will never buy another taurus I'll buy super hi quality they suck.

Customer service is at best horrible. I had a revolver that I sent back to be repaired. I heard nothing from them until I called. 2 weeks later I receive a call and am told they do not have the cylinder in the blue any longer what do I want to do. I requested flat black be put in. a couple weeks go by and nothing so I call again. I am told by a nasty representative that they cannot fix the pistol and I would need to call back when I decide what weapon I would like to replace it with. I had the web site open and told her what one I wanted. she informed me that they were only giving me partial value of my current weapon and would need to pay $780 for the weapons. I agreed and then 2 weeks later I received another call saying it was under full warranty and I would now only need to pay $400. Now a month later I called again since I haven't heard from them and was told that the weapon was ordered today 2 month after i selected the replacement weapon and was told it will take at least 6-8 weeks again. so at this point it will bee at least 4 month. Every time I called it was 6-8 weeks and I should have the weapon. today I was told that is an estimate and it may take longer. I asked ot speak to a supervisor and they would not transfer me to one. I WILL NEVEER BUY OR RECOMMEND Taurus again.
