I was leaving for a trip and mixed my days up, not realizing I needed the suit to ship faster. I emailed asking about exchangnig a dress for a different size. The response was to use chat on the website; which was absolutely useless. I was unable to exchange the dress. I got the dress during the $65 sale. I could not send it back and order a different size as the dress would cost me more on the reorder. I needed a straight out exchange, but got no option to do this despite being told I could.

The shirt I purchased looked just like its picture. But I bought it a size bigger than I usually wear as I wanted it to be loose on me and it’s actually too tight for me to wear at all. Very disappointing. Sizing is way off. Anyone who is interested in this shirt needs to buy it at least two sizes larger than they usually wear.
