Product never arrived AGAIN
Do not buy this product I’ve tried twice now and both times have not received the cream I’ve over 20 emails I paid customs and express shipping which they won’t refund DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY their customer service is terrible I asked for a phone call twice but nobody called me and still no cream or refund

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I ordered some cream and after care which never showed up. Got told it was lost in transit. 3 months later I am still waiting for my refund. Basically stealing my money at this point. LOOK ON TRUST PILOT REVIEWS before ordering. I wish i had🤬🤬!!!!!!!!

Embarrassing Customer Support
Classic cool advertising on social media that easily attracts people to buy the product. Product purchased in mid-May, to date more than a month has not yet arrived. Still in London for 10 days, the support of Numbing Cream replies that once the product has been delivered to the courier they can no longer do anything to help me. Obviously the courier has no contact details to be contacted. If I try to contact Numbing Cream now I don't get any more replies. I bought a product over 30 days ago and it still hasn't arrived.

Order never arrived. Says it’s sitting at the post office and to reschedule delivery. I did. Still never came. Emailed this company and they don’t care they just said if it gets returned I’ll be refunded.
