Spent £100 on numbing cream and the spray to use mid session and none of it worked at all. Wouldn’t waste your time or money on this

This company is absolute shit. I ordered over a month ago still haven’t gotten my package or a refund when they told me two weeks ago that it was gonna be overnighted because of their mess up highly recommend not using them and going on Amazon and buying the Amazon choice numbing cream. It lasts 10 times longer is way cheaper and can be overnighted to you. Don’t waste your time on this company or product

This is my 3rd time ordering this product, because i like the product. It will be my last. Placed an order for 5 tubes, with ample time before my tattoo appointment at a convention....a very important appointment. After one week, no update on shipping. After multiple replies from the AI customer service, i was told "We dont have any product in stock". Why would you accept my order if you dont have stock? They offered to ship it from the UK, and include tattoo soap as a apology gift. 3 weeks later, it arrived.....with a $25 customs fee because it came from the UK. Suprise....no tattoo soap gift either. Emailed again, they said "Oh sorry, the UK has customs charges and we forgot your gift, next time". There wont be a next time.

Worst customer service possible. Terrible packing and they lie about stock and shipping. I’d stay clear of this place. I ordered 2 items and they didnt pack one but, marked it on the shipping label as it was in the package. The product probably doesn’t do what they say it does either! I’d leave a 0 stars review if it was possible.

This product only worked for about 10 minutes. It is a complete waste of money for how little it works it is extremely expensive! The product also showed up after three weeks when it told me the estimated time of delivery was 5 to 10 days. PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!!!

Received my order, only to see how much smaller the containers were for the same price. Literally half the size. Very disappointing. I wish I could show the photos to show everyone. But this app won't allow for that.

They seem to be sending people the wrong size bottle on purpose. Happened to me; I ordered the xxl bottle but received the 1 oz small one. So far, no response from the company.
