Hi Paul, We apologize for the confusion with the tracking emails -- your tattoos were sent from our facility to our packaging facility to complete the order. Our system sends these emails automatically, it was not our intention to confuse you. We are currently in the process of updating this feature. We are working with a new review platform, that is why you received an email with the survey -- we are collecting reviews and have sent an email to all of our customers. Since we have completed multiple orders for you in the past, you received the survey. We apologize if that was confusing, as it may have come across as a review for your most recent order. We have made it a policy to send out invoices immediately. to all customers that are on terms -- shipping is calculated by the weight of the order and distance of delivery from our facility to you, so the cost is immediately known, based on those calculations. We send a copy of the invoice to your accounting department, as well. An email was sent to you with the tracking number for your order -- they will arrive to you on Monday! :] We appreciate your understanding and patience with us as we continue to grow and update.
