Hi there, We have not yet received our items that were ordered nearly two months ago even with Covid we have received other items purchased from overseas and got them within a reasonable timeframe, this is now longer than 30 days. And I have sent two messages asking when it is coming still no definite date or any idea of where our parcels are and what is happening. Solution; A call explaining what has happened would be helpful, and it would be good to receive before this Sunday "fathers day" they are for my husband. Unhappy Customer
