I ordered a Toronto Blue Jays Hawaiian shirt on June 24th with an estimated delivery date of about 2 weeks. It's now September 2nd and I still have not received it. My emails have been ignored and I feel I am a victim of fraud. Unless you like throwing money away AVOID this company at all costs.

Why does this company advertise a N.Y. address when it is actually located in China , had I know I would have never ordered. Company is unresponsive, 2 emails sent to check my order with absolutely no replies. Going on almost a month now and still no product delivered , they had no trouble taking my money though.

Ordered two customized ugly christmas sweaters that was supposed to be a gift to family. The first sweater was customized with a name and number. The second sweater was REQUESTED with having NO NAME and NO NUMBER. However, both sweaters have BOTH the same name and number. This only comes to show how little this company pays attention to details. However, the sweater looks great though. I recommend not combining orders together as this company don't pay attention to details.

I put an order for a viking skull christmas sweater on Dec. 08, 2024. Since I've followed up with two emails asking about my order. Both have gone unanswered. I'm willing to wait for the order, I just want a response. I'm about ready to call my bank and ask for a refund based on non-response from this company. They even have the audacity to charge a tip. A tip for what? To ignore me? Dec. 24, 2024 Update: The same day that I posted this, I received my package. Still no response from the company though.....
