My product, 2 pens, arrived empty today. No amount of shaking etc will bring any ink out. Nothing. Do not buy. Scam product

The first Tatbrow pen I received was not the correct color. I contacted them and they promptly sent me the correct color. I have two now and neither one works as presented. If you press to hard you get a real dark line. If you try to use little strokes, nothing comes out. It is not what I had hoped for - sad.......

Received with NO INK inside. Returned for refund but they have not yet refunded me almost a month later. BUYER BEWARE.

The first TatBrow was dried up. They promised me a refund and a new one. The second one is dried up after 3 uses. They only refunded $4.60. The customer service was rude and he said read the fine print.

I received 2 tatbrow pens in the mail, and they were both dried up, and wouldn't go on my skin smoothly at all. The lines that occasionally would work, would soon dry up into little flakes. I requested a full refund, to which they said they would send me a new pen and refund 25% of my order. I said no, full refund please. They then said they would only process half the refund. They expect the customer to ship the product back with a tracking number at the customers cost (which is too expensive for me since I'm in canada), only then they would process the full refund once they receive the product. Quite the disappointment on all accounts. I'll be sure to check future refund policies before purchasing from other companies in the future.

It’s a scam!!!!! Poor product, just like the “customer service”. They all should be in jail for scamming!!! DON’T buy ANYTHING from these scumbags!!! You won’t be able to get a refund!! Tatbrow delete your negative comments then block you!!! Go to: federal trade commission site to make a complaint!!! This people should not be in “business”!!!!!! What a rip off!!! Shame on you Tatbrow!!!!!

I found Tatbrow to not perform at all as advertised. And...the black color is a reddish color. It’s gloppy and the wrong collie and does not create or fill in tat- like lines. Lotta money for nothing. I posted my thoughts on their Instagram ck moments an it was immediately removed. They only show superlative comments...not honest. Hi

This company is a scam! I’ve ordered on December 4 and almost two months later I still haven’t received it.
