This product is a joke and not worthy to be on the market. It’s literally an erasable marker in the color of your choosing. They make the refund process virtually impossible. Being an attorney and reading fine print before purchasing, I followed all the return instructions and still faced resistance. I paid for the return shipping $4.20 and expected a full return. I emailed the delivery tracking certificate to the company and they finally issued a partial refund. Random, but they left off $5 with no explanation other a copy of their return policy (that doesn’t address why I wasn’t issued a full refund) I guess it was their cunning way of saying that a customer will have to also pay tatbrow back for the initial “free” shipping plus the cost (gas & time) we pay to ship back! $5 is not the issue, I just spent way too much time to get duped again. I just couldn’t believe it! Don’t go for it! And i just checked! Though they emailed that I would get a refund a few days ago, there is no evidence with my credit card company of such.

Got the blonde tat brow pen and it is RED ORANGE. Nowhere near a blonde hair color. Returning both pens. What a waste of money. And it goes on very watery....oh and came of with water when it’s supposed to be waterproof

The brown color is too bright of a brown. Almost reddish brown. I've contacted their "customer service " 4 times by email and once by phone. No one answered the phone. The only reply I received via email stated they were going to send me a replacement in the same color! Clearly no one is actually reading the emails.

The blonde color is actually a shockingly bright red. I look like Bozo. The ink doesn't flow evenly, so getting that microblade look is not possible. The color is just hideous.

Huge mistake to get excited about this product. I bought the blonde, it was orange and I bought the brown, it was red. I hope an American company isn't pushing this stuff. Should've studied the manufacturer more closely. Don't buy this.

This company is a true scam! I order my tatbrow May 23, 2020. It’s been ten days and it still has not been shipped. I made a complaint to BBB. There has been over 50 complaints about this company. If I would have known I would have never purchased this.

Ordered 2 pens of the blonde color. Heads up it is actually orange. Clearly orange- no amount of shaking, upside down storage and shaking etc...still clearly bright orange. Save your money

Useless product. Barely any ink comes out of the pen. You are better off with a cheap eyebrow pencil. Would never purchase again.
