TOTAL SCAM!!!! I purchased online and product received was orange. I thought I must have ordered the wrong color and repurchased another (stupid me). This pen received was totally dried out. Then I received an email (like other reviewers) stating I had received a "bad batch" and was offered replacement. Since I accepted, I have have had a recurring monthly charge on my credit card and a monthly shipment of same orange color. I get no response from emails and had to go as far a cancelling my bank Mastercard due to fraudulent charges. The charge appears as HAPPOSITY.COM and the bank was very familiar with the scam. BEWARE!!!

The most awful product ever! Goopy, impossible to control, tried to get authorization to return it today & they wanted me to send a picture of what I received! Like they don’t know what I received? This is a horrible company and they purposely make it very hard to return! Buyer beware!

This is not a product that will give you natural looking brows. The colors aren't true: blonde is medium brown and brown is black. The brow "strokes" don't look natural at all (except on the hand advertised in their commercial). You can't extend the length or width of the brow without it looking like a bad 1950's makeup job. I contacted customer service after I received my order of 2 Tatbrows - one was a gift - and was told I wasn't in their system. I sent emails that went unanswered, so customer service isn't stellar. A cheap eyeliner or an eye shadow applied with a fine tip brush would look better and more natural than TatBrow. I was expecting everything the commercials and ad videos showed: an eyebrow miracle. I was incredibly disappointed and can't recommend this product.

This is a fraudulent company. They are pulling the same scam on everyone. They send a reddish brown tint and then say it was “a ‘bad’ batch”. After receiving the newest product only to find its EXACLY the same, I asked for a refund. It has been weeks and I emailed again and was given another required task in order for them to refund my money. If you’ve had a similar experience, please take the time to turn them into the State Attorney General of California! This “company” needs to be stopped and that’s the agency that can do the job!

I’d give zero stars if possible. Bought it and product was gross. Weird color and oily so I asked for my $ back. First they offered 25% off another color 🙄, then 50% off another product then this: It has come to our attention that a batch of Blonde TatBrow Microblade pens had a defect that added a red / orange hue to the color. We’re reaching out immediately to make sure we make this right! I returned it and there has been no sign of the credit to my MC I requested, just a lot of back and forth excuses.

I ordered a pen in blonde. In no one’s universe did I get a color even resembling blonde. It was dark Reddish brown. So I would give an F for the pen. I contacted Customer service who quickly sent me out a replacement. Give customer service an A+. But then the post office lost my package and refused to take responsibility so I don’t know if I received a pen that was mismarked or their color is that bad. I will never know because I am not going to send the other back or feel that I can ask for another replacement.

Don’t bother. The first pen they sent didn’t work so I was going to return it. They quickly stuck a replacement in my face but didn’t send it right away. it was the wrong pen! Now they are willing to give me 50% of the purchase price on a return of a crappy item. Also unscrupulous - dangle gift cards in front of people to leave favorable reviews. RUN AWAY

Disgusting product, it was orange and smeared on. Asked for refund, company said I had t pay to return item to get refund. The first one they sent they acknowledged there could be a color issue and it was true. The second one they sent it was the same problem. SAY AWAY FROM THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY
