Ordered auburn but color when used is very dark brown. It is more like a thick magic marker... does not "define" your brows, just makes them thick and goopy. Total waste of money!

The pen I received did not apply smoothly. I have emailed "customer service" several times and left voicemails (only phone option). I have not heard from company for weeks. I have requested a refund -- but still have heard nothing. I feel ripped off by their LOUSY customer service.

I got my order a few weeks ago and it's awful. The tip keeps falling out. You are giving false information saying how wonderful this is because it isn't. I liked this when it first arrived. The color was darker than I expected. But after 3 or 4 uses, it dried up. Would never order again.

They are refusing to give me refund for an item that doesn't work as advertised. Buyer beware it does not work. They will NOT make a refund easy. It is a scam. It is just a marker it doesn't work like microblading.

I ordered the product on special in January (2 for 1 type thing so I tried 2 colors). I hadn't used them because I already had another brand open/using AND THEN Covid hit. So last week I finally tried the product. Shoe polish. The colors were off too dark, and smudgey and clown-like once applied. Giving them the benefit of the doubt of me picking wrong color I asked if I could exchange -- and they said no. Friendly, but no. Too late (6+ months). Bad product, bad customer service.

Nothing but lies and bad product from this company. I ordered a blonde Tatbrow in May. It came in late June and was a terrible orange/pink color. I complained and in an email they said they would replace it with a brown for me to try. They even asked in email to confirm my shipping address. Well it never came. I thought maybe shipping was delayed due to COVID but when I contacted them again they said...oh no...it's too late. We can't send it like it was my fault they never shipped it. DO NOT BUY.
