I would like to begin by saying I NEVER give 1-star ratings. However, this product is a total scam. It doesn't work at all like the ads show, the color is so transparent that it barely shows up against my skin (I am VERY light skinned), the brush strokes are not "hair like" and separated--in fact they just blur together like a plan ol' eyebrow brush--and the worst part is the pen itself is so dry that the bristles don't glide onto your skin--they just scratch!!! HORRIBLE product, and all their 5-star ratings they brag about on their website are probably a lie, too. Don't waste $17 on a tiny pen that doesn't do ANTYHING it promises.

SO BAD! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! You won't like it and you will never reach them or get your money back! What losers!

I cannot get any product onto the pen. It actually arrived quickly, but the "ink" only worked once or twice, doesn't work if you have anything already on your brows and after using once it doesn't work at all any more. Washed off immediately. Don't waste your money.

I too was scammed by their Instagram marketing. I too believed the pens were being shipped from the US, just like it says, shipped from the US, "quickly". Quickly my a**. Nope. Slow boat from China. Ordered 6 wks ago. Still hasn't arrived. Word of advice- if ordering from Canada, don't! Actually, don't order at all!! There are lots of equally good products in the stores. And you don't have to wait 6 wks to get it. Bad, bad, bad.

I ordered this pen after seeing a Instagram ad. I clicked on their homepage and it said that it was made in the US and that it ships from the US. I checked my tracking and saw it was coming from China. This is false advertising. I contacted them about this and they said that their FAQ page says they have warehouses all over the world. I again mentioned what shows on their homepage and they wouldn’t address that. It makes no sense that they would consider shipping from China to be closer to me than shipping from the US if they do in fact have warehouses all over the world. I think this company is a total scam. If it’s a product from China then their website should clearly say that it’s a product from China. People can then decide if they want to order a cheap pen that comes from China. As soon as I received it, I opened up a case with PayPal and got refunded.

When it finally arrived, after about five weeks, the pen was reasonable for about three weeks. Then it became like a leaky Texta . I would be better off using a permanent marker (a sharpie!) to draw eyebrows. What a waste of time & money. Will not buy again or deal with company again. Hopeless customer service. Product from China, and their marketing is false and misleading and makes you think it is from the US. RUBBISH

Do not go anywhere near Tatbrow. They take your money but you never get the product Should have known better believing this was in the USA but is actually China SAVE YOUR MONEY

Terrible company to deal with. Do not deliver just refer you to the tracking which is rarely updated. Pen ok no better than any other eyebrow pen. They only acknowledged when I reported them to ebay and then suddenly they sent it. Would never use this company in China again,
