I'm incredibly pleased with my experience with TaskExpert—but that wasn’t always the case. Back in 2025, I hired a Virtual Assistant through them and was disappointed enough that I didn’t renew my contract. Ana has managed all of that with ease. I’m not the easiest client to work with. I move fast, I multitask constantly, and I can be demanding. Ana navigates all of it with grace. She takes feedback in stride, delivers consistently, and when something falls outside her expertise, she’s honest about it. In those cases, TaskExpert seamlessly brings in another VA with the right skills. I now work with two VAs from TaskExpert—Ana and a talented web/app developer—and both have exceeded expectations. I couldn’t be more pleased with TaskExpert today.
