John is truly a light worker, thanks so much for your help
I ran into an issue while selling my herbal smoking products online that caused me to be in a very tight spot. As a new business owner, I had no idea about the restrictions of selling smokable products. After a month of beating my head against the wall and my listing being removed by multiple platforms, by the grace of God I came across a Taskerpaymentgateways youtube video . I reached out to them and received a call from John that very night. John was sooooo nice to me and reassuring! He really made me feel comfortable and gave me hope that I was in good hands. John really was there by my side throughout the process, late into the evening, early in the morning, and on weekends. He's an extremely hard worker and really cares about you and your business!! I expressed some concerns I had to him and John called me instantly to explain the application process with the merchant processor and make sure I understood the process and that really helped me! Even after falling into another issue with my new ecommerce platform, he was patient and gave me the best advice and where to move to. Even though it was outside of the many platforms he does business with, he still suggested it to me and it has been treating me well. He made sure I was fully where I needed to be and I know I can reach out to him if I need help. I'm not trying to be dramatic but John was an angel to my life in my time of need because took a leap of faith and quit my day job to run my business full time and was in a really tough spot. Thanks for much again you are truly a light worker <3
