Delivery service and price were excellent!

My ammo shipped first business day after I ordered and the price was good. Only criticism is I didn't get any kind of confirmation email or shipping notice in my email. I had to go on the site and log in to check my order status.

The ammo got here in time to go to the range with a coworker. Great quality

Good sale price product works good in my gun.

The box that the cartridges came in was not in good shape. The cartridges were in the packaging but barely as you could se the contents easily and I removed the cartridges without opening the outer package. It appeared that the package was tossed around.

Order updates are intermittent so I don't always know when the order is received or being processed until I get a shipping notification.

Order process was easy, efficient and product showed up as expected. Only comment is that the boxes of ammunition were shrink-wrapped together so tightly that the boxes were crushed out of shape. Not a huge deal but had to straighten everything out after unpacking to place in storage. Could be better.

Always great prices for good products. Was a little upset when I didnt get all of the ammo I ordered. No warning that there was an issue with the order. Typically within 2 days ammo is shipped but not this time. I had to call and ask if the order processed OK and was told it did, but still was not advised to what had happened. I ordered 09/04 and did not recieve until 09/11. According to customer service after i placed an email, 2 of the 4 boxes I ordered were reportedly damaged and they did not want to ship them. I was refunded for the 2 boxes that were not shipped of course. Just stinks and I was looking forward to having those.
