First was getting sent useless articles but then got contacted by an agent which was much more helpful! Would have rather been on the phone rather than messaging but other than that I believe I got all the hell I needed. I just hope the problem is resolved soon!

Only issue I have is sometimes it don't resync and you have to go into chat and go over all stuff and submit it ..this can take a lil bit sometimes but then other times the customer service is fairly quick and gets to the bottom of the issue.. I give ALL the customer service reps a A+.. always kind and right to the issues.. The $4.95 fee is a bit high but the app overall serves it purpose between paychecks...

Tape check had been a good fast service for paycheck advances! The only i problem I have is it seems like I have to co tact them every time I want to access one and they have to synced my time card! I feel like it should automatically update on its own.
