Tapcheck did an update to their website and I can not use it. I contacted via customer service number, emails and attempted to use the idiot Tappy chat bot. It has been over a week contacting every day and still my issue is not fixed. When I call they say they are working on it. How long does it take. It has been a week. The do not give updates. When you send an email maybe you get an answer and the answer is we are closing your email and not even addressing what was sent. Their customer service is horrible. They still have not fixed what is going on and tell me may others are having the same issue. They are not helping me and are not updating me or answering my emails. The phone line is impossible to get through. You have to ask for a call back and that takes hours if they do call back. Horrible customer service. I am about to delete my app and cancel my account.

The AI customer service gets you nowhere. Also, when you make an instant transfer to the Tapcheck Mastercard they place about a$20 hold on the funds so you can’t actually use it for a couple of days. If I’m making the transfer it’s because I need that money right away and it’s my money. I use it out of necessity, otherwise I would never use this company by choice

It used to be a resourceful application. Until here recently. I was told by my HR representative that they were changing their platform. Since this occurred, there has been no access to funds, a frozen screen within the app and the website, sync data isn't an option like it used to be. I've emailed tapcheck customer service with no resolution to the issue. I've called numerous times with a wait time of non-essential than 45 minutes. When and If a representative comes on, they say yes, we see you have funds and it should show on your side. Oh there's nothing we can do about it. When I've waited for 59 minutes, a voice comes on and says no one can answer your call, try again later...that's happened twice. My coworkers are also affected as they are experiencing the same thing. In my opinion, tapcheck currently Sucks!

I've been waiting over a week for them to fix my issue. The app is showing 0 everything but on their side they can see i have available balance. And nobody else is having this issue!! It says no issues with tapcheck right now so why do I have one!!

It's not giving me a full withdrawal.

I have worked over 100 hours last week and can’t access none of my earnings they keep lying about a email is going to be sent out all lies I’m about to deactivate my account and start seeing all my money they want get my $5 anymore!!!
