This company has technical issues a lot! Balance is not updating as it should, even when you clock in and out of work/lunch properly. Because they do not have 24 hour service like other companies you have to wait long periods of time to receive your money.This is suppose to be for emergencies and they definitely drop the ball on that. They advertise that they can provide a service of getting you your own money and it's not there when you need it .Also customer service is very nonchalant about your issue when you call.

The app says it updates within an hour after a shift ends, and that may be true Monday through Thursday, but it has quit syncing on weekends and to me, it's bs. Not to mention that they charge you 4 dollars per withdrawal, even if you put it on their debit card. The customer service is awful. No real solutions, just regurgitated corporate script responses. I gave 2 stars for the days if actually works. Wish my company used DailyPay.

The app worked really well for the first few months and then turned to crap. The steps one has to go through just to change your password are ridiculous and good luck getting the biometrics to work.

Been trying to get help from customer service after explaining my problem several times only reply thank you for contacting us how can we help you again and again finally wait here next customer representative will be with you 5 hours later not a response and when they do respond was basically you keep bugging us it's going to take longer not and then words but that's what it meant they just said a little bit nicer

BEYOND slow with implementation and answering emails. I do understand its a startup but the answering and response times are ridiculous.

Well is a great service but I always have to text customer support because they always have to resync my timesheet but I’m satisfied every time I chat with them they help with my problems until is solved

I had transferred money and tap check cancelled the transfer and wouldn't give a reason as to why and still has not given me my money back.
