I have been calling for 2 weeks trying to get my account activated. I have had the phone hung up on me..I have been told on numerous of occasions that someone would call back ( no call back or email) this company is very unprofessional. To constantly string someone on with lies is ridiculous. I WOULD RATE THIS SERVICE A ZERO OF I COULD.

I would give this 0 stars if I could. I have been on the phone with them everyday and sometimes more than once a day for the last 5 days trying to get my account fixed. They told me on day 3 that IT was looking into it and that it was top priority. Well here on day 5 I call because I have not heard anything about my account and there is still a 0 balance and I got told the same thing as before! Very very upset!!!!

Tried to activate a card my employer gave me, they told them “We have her card and her details with us. We will reach her back once her card is updated. You do not have to do anything. We will take care of this” and I’ve heard nothing. That was 6 hrs ago

My review from Google play: They are trying to rob me. THey already pulled 300$ from my check a month ago because they messed up last time, and I haven't used it since May 2021 except yesterday to pull 50$. Then they want to pull another 300$ this upcoming paycheck when it was already done last pay. Like what are they doing?! I have to take care of my family. I am not a fan of tap check anymore and now we have to race against the clock to get this fixed so this charge won't reflect on my upcoming check. It's shameful.
