His sons and nephew work with him, and the amazing kind Alice who is the registered gemologist. Steve answers the phone. Alice answers the phone. Their sons do too. They are all kind and helpful. I think that I am extremely discerning, and they have exceeded my expectations. The fact is that they tailor the designs to the customer’s specifications and desires. I had a preconceived vision for how I wanted my tanzanite ring to be. They sent me the stones to view per my request before the ring was made. They ended up recasting the ring with no difficulty to make sure I was totally satisfied. I am very pleased with my ring, the stones, their recommendations, and customer service which is exceptional.
