It was an extreme pleasure working with Linda at Tanzanite Direct. She was very patient over the course of 3 months while we emailed back and forth over 60 times to design special tanzanite earrings to celebrate an important landmark birthday. She would promptly send emails morning, evening and night (even on weekends), so the time difference of 13 hours was never an issue.
