Tanya Rodchenko Career CoachingReviews of tanyarodchenko.com

Tanya has been one of the most influential people in my growth as a management consultant. Over the years she helped me navigate the ambiguity that comes with the work whether navigating new industries, demanding clients, and expanding my skill set. She has consistently pushed me to level up rather than just get through. Tanya doesn't do surface-level coaching. She pressed me toward real diagnostic work on how to become a more effective leader and mentor to others. What sets Tanya apart from other coaches is that she doesn't just build your confidence but that she makes you more precise. She held me accountable in a way that was direct but never discouraging, and her own instincts as an operator made her advice feel earned rather than theoretical. I'd recommend Tanya to anyone looking to grow through a demanding, ambiguous environment. She combines structure with real empathy. In the process, Tanya has helped me become a sharper, more self-aware professional in the process.

I just accepted an offer I never would have known about, much less gotten, if it weren't for Tanya! Her coaching not only got me to final round interviews with a large, multi-national bank, but she also sourced a second opportunity through her network that I ended up accepting. She was both an exceptional coach and a genuine champion -- helping me analyze my career goals, develop narratives based on those goals, and prep for applications and interviews, while also keeping an eye out for and helping me evaluate opportunities that fit my background. One of the elements of her coaching that I appreciated most was her help evaluating both offers against what I said I was looking for when we first started working together. Her candid feedback and prompts on all aspects of the roles kept me honest and helped me make the decision that's best for me. I can't imagine a better person to have in your corner than Tanya!
