Tantify works efficiently. They produce great quality, realistic virtual staging. They are very responsive when you need help or guidance. There are still a few glitches in the system regarding accessing furniture options within the platform.. but, I am confident they will find solutions to remedy in the very near future.

The end product is amazing. The process, once I signed up, was seamless. The cost is high. But again, the final result was impressive.

i love the idea, and it seems pretty reputable. but there are some strange bugs such as needing to put a period in my email address for the sign up to work, slightly confusing names in the project creation, and unrealistic shadows for the 3D models, but overall i enjoy this idea and service.

We have been using Tantify for virtual staging for a few years now for our real estate listings. While we love the product, there is definitely a lot of room for improvement for the client experience. They have constantly been changing their pricing models. This makes budgeting difficult and prices are inconsistent. We always pay for the "Pro" package which ensures 24hr turnaround, but I have had multiple occasions where there was over a 72hr turnaround. This is difficult in the NY real estate market because we want to present our listings in the best light with virtual staging, but don't usually have more than 1 or two days to lose when we wait for completed staging images. Would love for the client portal to be fleshed out more to include all past drafts (right now you can only see your past 3 projects). Would also love the option to create a team with multiple users on the same account. Overall, their client portal and ordering system/payment structure aren't the best, but the end product is really great which is why we continue to use Tantify.

Thank you so much for your honest review! We are constantly working on improving our portal, and your feedback is of great importance to us. We appreciate it a lot. We also always try to do our best regarding the turnaround, but sometime when it's pretty hectic, there could be delays. We do make sure to warn our clients about that beforehand. Thank you for choosing Tantify and being our loyal, long-term customer!
