I ordered 2 items and when I went to pay it came up with 4 items. I tried to correct the order but it wouldn’t let me

SO ABSOLUTELY SHOCKED AND DISAPPOINTED!!!! I've been an extremely loyal customer for about two years, which is when I first came across their website, and have spent about $1,000. The prices have always been great, along with a great selection and super fast shipping - EVERYTHING was PERFECT!!!! As of 12/26/21, everything has changed!!!!!!! They increased the price of Hempz lotion anywhere from $10 to $12 per bottle, depending on the scent!!!!!!!!! I understand that things are rough during the pandemic, especially with supply chain issues, but that amount of an increase all at once is CRAZY!!!!!!!! That's an increase of AT LEAST 100% all at one time!!!! Definitely time to find another place to shop!!!! = l

I broke out in a terrible rash and had to go to the Dr for medicine.

Buyer beware. Customer service - awful. After ordering product and reading the shipping timeframes for FedEx shipments the product was lot delivered on time. I contacted the company for resolution and pointed out that the time frames set out on their website for FedEx expedited shipments were misleading. No response. Interesting to find that my post has generated a response, albeit an inaccurate one. If you verify your records the package was delivered on Thursday Sept 9. Further evidence to the poor customer service. $120.48 spent with this company and I have no items to show for it due to the late shipment.

Purchased 2 day shipping the products I ordered came in over a week and I reached out to your support team and still have yet to be heard from.. overall sad experience ordering product from you guys :(

When I received my confirmation email, the order has my first name correct and someone else's last name...both for charges and shipping! Poor!
