Hi Jennifer. Thanks for bringing this to our attention. You ordered cards on July 7th. We printed and shipped your cards which arrived July 12th as referenced here in the UPS tracking number that it was delivered and left on your porch - https://www.ups.com/track?loc=en_US&tracknum=1Z2A61010397790831&requester=ST/trackdetails So I’m not sure why we deserved a 1 star if we delivered your cards within the expres shipping time period? If your cards were stolen you can contact us and we will be more than happy to reprint your cards free of charge.

Hi Melissa, just following up with this review. Have you received both orders? Please let us know if you haven't received them yet so that we can put in a lost package claim with UPS. In the meantime if they have been lost we can go ahead and reprint them free of charge while we wait.

I have always received quality business…
I have always received quality business cards from Tank Prints. I strayed away once for a cheaper brand and was disappointed. I am forever a Tanks customer.

The cards were great in general
The cards were great in general. Paper thickness, quality, & gloss could stand to be better. And, it seems like the cutting of the card edges were not as crisp as I've seen with other vendors - like the cutting blades were not as sharp as they could be. I will buy again. But, I will call and speak with a Customer Service Representative about any possible upgrade availability before pulling the trigger on the order. Thanks!
