Scammers ask for coins then block you

Why support team are not replying to my text after I withdraw my money from tango to Paypal I didn't see anything customer care are not replying, what might be wrong with this app , am so disappointed

I need to warn you that you are basically giving money in the form of coins to buy gifts. You usually see more skin in the free live show that lures you into the private and one on one performances. That is if you actually get a performance. Most beg for gifts and once they get them they want more. Then they disappear. It’s a stupid behavior to pay for the honor of pay more and getting nothing of value. And warning it is addictive and spending 3 to 5 HUNDRED U S dollars is possible in a few hour.
