After 4 terrible yrs with this awful pump. Cannulas suck. Cartridge sucks even more. CS all I can say when was air liquid was all good once tandem took over just like everyone has said it’s absolutely disgusting. Someone should look into this company because I’m sure they’re contributing to major medical problems and even death by the way they conduct themselves. I’m so happy to finally be off tslim and onto ypsopump everything about it is soooooooo much better. Cannula brilliant. Cartridge pre-filled brilliant. Pump brilliant. App brilliant. Tslim take not you your pump, your consumables and your CS absolutely suck

Would of put no stars but unable to so had to put 1. Technical service appalling rude laughing at me on the call. All since service has changed was told call back couple hours still waiting 4 later called back was told manager would call back in few mins still waiting appalling service for life saving equipment. Tandem u should be ashamed bring back the old service was much better more efficient and lovely staff unlike today's. The changes have been fir the worse sooner I can get off this pump the better.

USELESS AND RUBBISH APP for the TSLIM!!!!! Can't do any temporary basals or extended bolus from the app only bolus, and although the pump can do these features this company ABSOLUTELY REFUSES to bring this over to the app. All alarms also have to be switched off from the pump too. Their Tandem Mobi pump, due for UK release soon, has no screen SOOOO the app has all the features to control it including temporary basal and extended bolus!!!! Absolutely shocking that they have done this with their new pump and haven't added it to the TSlim app. Diabolical company!!! Please avoid if you don't want to add to any diabetes distress. The rates here says it all!! Not sure what this new mobi has to offer, but would stay well away from this company. Would give 0 stars if I could. App store ratings very poor too.

Have been type 1 for nearly 40 years and this is the worst company I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. It's a shame because the pump worked so well with the dexcom g6 but with the G7 it's rendered the whole control iq thing useless. After changing from air liquid to tandem themselves for supplies and tech support you cannot get through to them for anything. After trying to contact tech support for 3 months including emails phone calls and my clinic contacting them regarding the pump overheating while charging I have given up. I am now starting mdi again and will look at hopefully changing to a better pump company. Is there anything in the warranty about tandem not keeping up their side of the bargain. Like answering the phone or sending supplies? how are we expected to use a medical device when it malfunctions or we don't have the supplies and no point of contact! Dangerous.

Id give negative stars if possible. They call leave very vague messages. Do not leave their name, reason for calling, or an extension to get ahold of the person who called. Their product sucks. The pump likes to not allow sleep. Cant turn off preset defaults. Havent slept in a year cause the pump has to send an alert every 3-5 minutes when your blood sugar goes up or down a point or two. The inserts are terrible. The tubing is constantly curled up. The inserts themselves never insert. They kink and leak. Customer service is beyond effin horrible. Get transferred to a supervisor they laugh at you and have dogs barking in the background constantly. Would never recommend this company to anyone. Absolutely terrible company to deal with. Get an Omnipod or Medtronic. Dont waste your time or sleep with this horrendous company. Being diabetic is hard enough, add this crap and its exponentially worse. They somehow bluetooth or sync to your pump and know everything you do. Huge invasion of privacy. Looking into getting a lawyer involved with them. Get transferred atleast 4 times per call, have to repeat all the info over and over. Pathetic. All in all, crappy company to deal with. Sorry for the rant, but Tandem is a shitty company to be stuck dealing with.

Customer care does not exist. Would not recommend a pump from this company. Just troubles.

Have emailed Tandem three times without reply. I have no idea if, or when, my next consumables order will be delivered. In desperation, I've now emailed the tech support team to see if they can help but I don't hold out much hope. I have had to get some infusion sets from the hospital diabetes nurse because I was about to run out. A company called Air Liquide used to supply the consumables and the system worked fine. For some reason Tandem decided to take this on themselves but either their staff or their systems can't cope. It wouldn't be so bad if this was something innocuous that I could easily source elsewhere but it isn't. It's my health. My pump warranty expires next month and I certainly won't be getting another Tandem pump.

If I could I would give 0 stars. Placed an order for supplies in December, received only the infusion sets(no reservoirs or filling syringes), called in Jan...was told they will send a new order.....charged me for the new order without my permission as they had my credit card on file and sent the wrong infusion sets again. Called again in March and June, was told an exchange is not possible. Asked to speak to a supervisor (still waiting) and was told they will not honor anything...no exchange or replacement, no honor replacement, nothing. This company is shit....need to move to a different company for a new pump....one that actually cares for its customers.
