Fairly new user...
We are fairly new users with TalusPay and there was some confusion in the fees being charged. Charles was great, he helped me better understand how the fees are charged and then he pointed out that we were not in PCI Compliance and were being charged a fee for that. He got the appropriate person on the phone to assist us with that, which will save us $39.95/month. Thank you Charles!
